Dear President Aquino,Greetings! I humbly ask you NOT to support the Reproductive Health Bill. I am thoroughly convinced that the Reproductive Health Bill violates my right as a citizen of this country and more importantly, my right as a human being. I also firmly believe that the Bill is not the answer to our country’s poverty and it can bring forth even greater problems to our country in the future. I assure you that I have read and listened to facts regarding the Bill and I am certain that if you will approve of the RH Bill you will regret having done so in the future.May you be blessed with much wisdom and courage on discerning upon this matter.Thank you very much.

Dear Mr. PresidentI would like to share some concerns about the Department of Health and its priorities, it seemed that they are more concerned about a few people who might contract AIDS than the whole welfare and well-being of the majority. Why do they allocate a lot of money just to buy condoms? Don't they know the state of government hospitals around the country? They should be more concern on the proper nutrition of kids in the slum areas and the countryside instead of a few who might contract AIDS! Why can't they just educate people on how they could avoid getting HIV? They must be thinking that people are stupid that they could not be educated. Another thing, about the reproductive health bill, I think it is unnecessary to create that bill. Try instead to socialize medicine! Try to study the system from Cuba or Costa Rica. Both of these countries are under the third world category because if I'll tell you to study the system from Great Britain or France or other developed countries, you might find an excuse to say that it won't work here because we are a third world country. This is an excerpt from an interview of Michael Moore with a French doctor: “…those who have more in life can take care of those who have less”. This is from a documentary by Michael Moore entitled SICKO.Thanks for this opportunity.

Thank you po sir, god bless you po and more power to your administration. Myrtle Gazle Balajadia myrtlegazlebalajadia@yahoo.com

Good day to you Mr. President!I decided to write in behalf of all the Myasthenia Gravis patients in the Philippines. Sir, we all know that the disease is still not that known compared to cancer, however it is no longer rare as many Filipinos have Myasthenia Gravis, an autoimmune disease, a lifetime disease. It is a disease wherein the patient is having difficulty breathing, swallowing, speech difficulty (slurred speech), double vision, and body weakness (as the disease affects all the muscles in the body). In this case, the patient is having difficulty for a normal life. We, Myasthenia Gravis patients already lost our confidence and most importantly, our jobs. We do not have source of income which makes it very difficult for us because the prices of the medicines we take (and these are maintenance medicines) are getting higher and higher. We are talking about Mestinon and Imuran (necessary everyday so we can eat and breath nicely) which we have to take for a minimum of three times per day. Mestinon which started from P24 per tablet 2-3 years ago is now P35 per tablet; Imuran is P45 per tablet. These prices are way too high for people who do not have fixed income like us. We are just ordinary people, Sir. It is very difficult for us to spend at least P150 per day for the medicines alone. We all wanted to survive and live, Mr. President. We do not ask you to give us money or anything. What we truly request is your kind consideration for us who suffer from the said disease. Please take a quick glimpse on our side Mr. President so you can at least consider the medicines we take (Mestinon and Imuran) in your list of cheaper medicines. Most of us are still young, age ranges from 23 onwards. Young people but our world quite stopped. Most of us are intelligent and productive if given a chance. Sir, we will truly be grateful if you can provide support for Myasthenia Gravis patients just like in other countries (US, UK, Australia among others). We are confident that it is not the end of our world yet; it just paused for a while but will still be moving when the right support came. Thank you for your time and we wish for your success and happiness Mr. President! (my email is imeldadmidwife@yahoo.com if there's anything that I can be of help sir)

Dear Mr. President,I have been working for five years in one of the government owned and controlled corporations under project basis. I hope that the government will open more vacancies considering the fact that there are still a lot of deserving, responsible and hardworking employees that are taken for granted. Maybe the administration could settle some problems regarding this. Thank you and more power.

What is the sense in making so many laws, good laws if we cannot enforce it correctly and strictly.

INC. AND/OR EMMANUEL “AMAN” AMALILIO, C.E.O.; FERNANDO LUNA, MANAGER & others.
