this is how the people against the new terms of service group in facebook greeted it’s 81k+ members today. in the group’s profile facebook today have opted to revert to it’s good old terms of service.

Over the past few days, we have received a lot of feedback about the new terms we posted two weeks ago. Because of this response, we have decided to return to our previous Terms of Use while we resolve the issues that people have raised. For more information, visit the Facebook Blog.

all i can say is that the power of the people works! and it’s high time facebook take a lot of thinking before rolling up changes to it’s service. bet some lessons learned here 🙂
