telecentre.org is an international community of people and organizations committed to increasing the social and economic impact of grassroots telecentres via providing locally-relevant content and services, support and learning opportunities, and networks that help telecentre activists connect to each other.
this is good for the IT PINOYs, i bet this would help bring more jobs for our fellowmen.
