telecentre.org, a global investment community will soon set Philippines as it’s next headquarters.
according to the Commission on Information and Communication Technology (CICT) director for Field Operations Maria Teresa Camba, the country wass chosen due to the agency’s success in putting up telecentres or community e-centers (CEC), as well as our strong english and technical capability.
telecentre.org is an international community of people and organizations committed to increasing the social and economic impact of grassroots telecentres via providing locally-relevant content and services, support and learning opportunities, and networks that help telecentre activists connect to each other.
this is good for the IT PINOYs, i bet this would help bring more jobs for our fellowmen.
