the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) inmates became famous two years ago when they danced along Michael Jackson’s Thriller (and earned them 25M+ youtube hits so far), 10hrs after realizing their idol’s death they paid tribute to the King of Pop once again!
“Without MJ, the inmates would never have become world-renowned. That is why Michael Jackson is a God to them,” choreographer Byron Garcia said. the inmates even hoped that one day Michael Jackson gets to visit and dance with them.
