for the third time after the hostage-taking incident involving a disgruntled policeman which took lives of 8 hongkong tourists, a Philippine government website was again defaced.
the municipal government website of Hagonoy, Bulacan was hacked, in it’s place was a Chinese flag and characters roughly stating, “Do not underestimate our pain … Hackers from China by custom group F.M.T.”
“We are alerting all government agencies to review and improve security of their websites in view of the hacking of the website this afternoon,” said Presidential Communications and Operations Office Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma.
the Philippine National Police and Bulacan websites were recently hacked as well.
