Philippine Senator Teofisto “TG” Guingona has opened up the “Crowdsourcing Act of 2013” to the public and give PINOYs the chance to participate in shaping the country.
The bill previously filed in October 2012, allows PINOY netizens participate by being part of the initial public consultations or debates prior to the bill’s approval.
